Résumé
The clinical cases presented in this work raise the issue of early germectomy of the WT if it constitutes an obstacle to the eruption of the second molar (M2). The aim of this presentation is to argue the various therapeutic options and their implementation according to the clinical observation, radiography and the patient's age.
